Shipping policy

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and order volume. Once processed, shipping typically takes 7–12 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. While we are unable to modify orders once they have been shipped, if you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist prior to dispatch.

LuxLane is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you experience any issues with your delivery, please reach out to our support team and we will be happy to assist where possible.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, UAE and New Zealand. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.
